The best way to report a bug is from inside the app: open Settings and use Bug Report under Feedback. It automatically attaches your device model, OS, and app version so we can diagnose the problem faster.
For anything else, email enginesimulatorios@gmail.com. If you're reporting a problem by email, please include your device (for example iPhone 16, iPad Pro, or Mac), your OS version, and the steps to reproduce it.
Frequently asked questions
What does the lifetime unlock include?
Engine Simulator is a one time "Pro" purchase, not a subscription. It unlocks every preset engine, the full engine builder, and all future updates. A starter set of engines is free to run and tune.
I bought Pro on another device or reinstalled. How do I get it back?
Open Settings and tap Restore Purchases. Make sure you're signed in to the same Apple ID used for the original purchase. Restoring is free.
My purchase isn't unlocking.
Confirm you're on the same Apple ID used to buy, check your internet connection, then use Restore Purchases in Settings. If it still doesn't unlock, email us with your purchase date.
How do I request a refund?
Purchases are handled by Apple. Refund requests are made at reportaproblem.apple.com. We cannot issue refunds directly.
The simulation runs slowly or the audio stutters.
The simulator runs a real physics model, which is demanding. Try lowering the UI frame rate in Settings and closing other apps. If a specific engine reliably causes trouble, let us know which one.
How do I report inappropriate content on the leaderboard or community board?
Use the report or block control on any shared engine or username. Reports go to us for review, and blocking hides that user's content from you. Objectionable content is not tolerated and is removed when found. See the Community Guidelines.
How do I delete my data or reset my profile?
Open Settings, go to the Your Data section, and tap Delete my data. This permanently removes everything you've shared publicly (leaderboard runs and community engines), resets your username, and returns the app to a fresh start. It cannot be undone. Your Pro purchase is not affected.
Is an account or login required?
No. There is no sign up and no password. Public posts use a username you choose plus an anonymous identifier.
